One thing I forgot to mention in the video was make sure you get some airflow set up either via fan or extra AC unit like I’ve got. And don’t forget to hydrate!
Connect to TrainingPeaks
We use Training Peaks to put the upcoming workout on our HOP Athletes programs. If you want to have upcoming workout details in advance, we can make that happen for you.
Here’s what you need to do:
If you have an existing TrainingPeaks account, we just have to approve you. If you don’t, you can open a free account with the same link and link to us at the same time. If you already have another coach, it won’t disconnect you from them.
Once you have an account and are linked up, we will add you to the HOP program and the workouts will populate on your training calendar as we create them. Easy peasy.
