Biography

Mason is originally from Memphis, TN and have grown up in the cycling and outdoor sports community in Memphis and the surrounding areas. He has wrenched at many of the local bike shops and found a niche originally as a high end mechanic. 

His passion for racing and training began at 15 years old and transitioned into racing motorcycles off road at an A and AA level getting to see results at some of the older moto races in the US. He was given the chance to pursue a professional cycling career in 2021. After completing his first cat 5 race in February of ‘21; he was able to compete in his first pro criterium in August of the same year and his first Pro Road National Championships in the summer of the following year. Now finding a niche in the budding mixed surface scene, he has seen great results in some of the bigger races in the US including BWR California and Rouge Roubaix.  He is also a huge fan of the history of cycling and loves the 1 day classics races.  Keep your eyes out in the Memphis area on a cold/rainy day and you might see him with some ice on his face and a cycling cap pulled down low with a grin ear to ear. 

His passion for endurance sports centers around the fact that you can always improve some aspect and lifestyle around your given sport. Whether it be equipment choice, diet, habits, or very minor changes in technique, it can all add up to achieving a set goal. He enjoys pushing people to find these small victories and reenforcing that having the right intentions, support group, and a healthy lifestyle are crucial pillars to success for any athlete.
