The Basics

Coach D has been in the sport performance world for over a decade as a full time coach and has worked with hundreds of endurance athletes of all ages and ability levels. He’s a self proclaimed “cyclist with a swimming and running problem” who enjoys suffering of all kinds.

His major background is in human movement so he brings that knowledge into every session to make you a more efficient and complete cyclist. He’s a huge believer in maximizing performance through optimizing all aspects of the performance puzzle.

HOP started in his detached garage 10 years ago and he is elated that it has turned into an amazing community of driven cyclists who all improve through suffering together.
