HOP In-Season Program

Launching March of 2025, the goal of this program is to give cyclists and triathletes a 1x per week, focused workout that will help keep the gains and the fitness running long into the season!

All riders signing up will be the PIONEERS of this program. The best program is one that keeps you motivated AND improving – this program will rely on the feedback of you, the riders, to adapt as needed to make that happen!

Just like the regular HOP Program, this will all be done ONLINE via the private HOP classroom. Not a morning person, recording will be available within 1 hour post class so you can hit any time during the day!

How it will work:

  • We will hit the intervals / efforts we KNOW from 16 years of coaching experience that 90% of you won’t hit on your own.
  • Alternate between a few weeks VO2 and few weeks longer steady state. This will keep things interesting and will keep the body improving/maintaining vs declining in those areas as outdoor rides take over.
  • Thursday morning only at 5:30 am CST for 60-75 min.
  • Recording available for afternoon/evening folks

Note: We will need 10 people at all times as part of the program. If #’s drops below 10, we may need to pause / cancel the program until we hit that number.
